Legal Bill Review
LCC reviews legal billing using its S.C.A.L.E. software. All legal bills are verified for math errors and then the fees are allocated by work performed, and the costs are categorized by type. Over 30 reports are then available for analysis. LCC works with some of the countries top experts, including Jim Schratz, Barger & Wolen, Bates, Mechler, Ken Moscaret, and others. Construction Defect Accounting
LCC has been performing Construction Defect Accounting for over 10 years. Our C.L.A.I.M.S. software is the industry leader. The features include automatic reallocation as payers are added or removed, as well as being able to account for tender dates, S.I.R.s, sharing payers, exhaustion of policy limits, etc. Reports are sent via email to law firms, payers, and vendors. Effective October 3, 2011, LCC has placed in force a $1,000,000 employee theft policy. Numerous insurers requested that LCC add this policy. This protects the client accounts from internal employee theft.
